THE OLD IS NEW AGAIN @ OLOL..........

This morning Frances Hood, a parishioner who is  a retired state employee and worked as Parish Secretary during the final years of Fr. Tony Traynir's years as Pastor of OLOL,  returned this morning as my new Parish Office Secretary.  We had a full, first day back settling in, and addressing the prioritizing of numerous messages and parish requests that were received in my absence.  Meetings with Fr. Pius, Sister Felicity, and phone calls  with Karen Fillipich about my priests prescription drug insurancee card; and Sandra Holland about the Easter Triduum times practices, and policies; signing two more parishioners as overnight caregivers; arrival of the Easter folders and offering envelopes; reconnecting with and transmitting the Sunday Bulletin to JS Paluch; taking an hour's nap after dinner and then greeting Larry Williams tonight's parishioner caregiver volunteer, and conversing at length before night meds, insulin, snack, news, Letterman, and blogging, brings me to this hour, and the need to say goodnight...........Fr.  Troy
