IT'S MY DAY OFF, BUT I HAVE A FUNERAL MEMORIAL MASS AND AM STILL WORKING ON THE EASTER SCHEDULE MAILING...........

None of the parishioners showed up to help with the stuffing of the Easter mailing on Tuesday, so what for Christmas in December was a less than two hour work project, is now seven hours in the making, with at least two more hours of labor remaining, labeling and stamping the envelopes before putting them in trhe mail, hopefully by the end of the day.  Paul Friedrich, a member of Presentation Parish, and a Permanent Deacon candidate for the Sacramento Diocese, was my caregiver overnight Tuesday and lended a hand in completing the stuffing of envelopes.  He observed my daily standing exercise therapy, which totalled fifteen minutes standing last night.  This morning I celebrated the 8 am Mass, and although Wednesdays are my day off, have a Funeral Memorial Mass, at 10 am, for a 44 year old epipletic / amputee, before returning to the rectory to try to chillax and refresh my body, on this overcast, cold, and drizzly day !!!!!!!!!!!...........Fr.  Troy
