THE FATE OF AMANDA KNOX - THE AMERICAN CITIZEN IN ITALY CONVICTED OF MURDERING HER ROOMMATE IS ACQUITTED ON APPEAL; DUE TO QUESTIONABLE EVIDENCE...........

The decision on appeal on the murder conviction of Amanda Knox, finds her acquitted, and released from prison in Italy tonight, after four years incarceration, of being not guilty of the killing of her roommate.  Justice has prevailed, as she was originally convicted on very weak, if not unconvincing evidence.  She is now free to go home with her family, who news reports are indicating are arranging as soon as possible, a return to the United States, and her hometown of Seattle, Washington.  Hope is re-instilled that justice systems that are fair, honest, objective, tribunals can and do, do what is right and just, towards the innocent, who are falsely accused and yet resolved to seek justice can attain it.  Tainted DNA evidence that is questionable, is not sustainable proof of guilt.  That is one of the primary lessons the Amanda Knox Case for all citizens of the world to take to heart...........Fr.  Troy
