WHO IF ANY OF THE REMAINING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES WILL PULL OUT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION CONTEST ?............

With Super Tuesday leaving uncertain Mitt Romney's ability to definitely say he is the indisputable and acceptable nominee for President of the overwhelming majority of Republicans, winning six out of ten primaries and caucuses this past Tuesday, but still unable to nail down the votes from the most conservative members of his party, despite the increasing support of the GOP Establishment, the battle for the 2012 Presidential Nomination will continue to slog on.  Santorum's campaign is calling for Gingrich to withdraw from the race and Gingrich's campaign wants Santorum to end his own bid for the nomination; so that one of them gets to go forward without splitting the most conservative vote with each other against Romney.  But both are vowing to stay in.  Gingrich's two wins, being limited to South Carolina and Georgia to date and without the conventional campaign organization may find it the most difficult to stay in, especially if he is unable to win in some of the next states and Santorum translates his current seven victories into wins in Alabama, Mississippi, Kansas, and other upcoming states.  With 22 States finished with their primaries and caucuses, the victory list stands at  13 States for Romney;  7 States for Santorum;  2 States for Gingrich;  0 States for Paul.  Although Romney is well out in front as to the Delegate Count with between 375-425l more than three to one ahead of the others, until he or any candidate secures  1, 144 Delegate votes for the 2012 Republican Presidential Nomination, this race will continue, even perhaps to the Convention floor in late August............Fr.  Troy
