SANTORUM NOW WITH 30% OF THE VOTE; TO ROMNEY WINNING WITH 52%............

With 27% of the precincts counted, Romney's lead over Santorum is 52% - 30%, a continuing closing of the margin, but one not expected to end up less than ten points or so apart with Romney the victor.  Romney has just stepped to the mic, after being introduced by his wife, and in thanking Illinois Republicans for their votes, called today, "an extraordinary victory".  He is shifting immediately to talking about the economy and attacking President Obama's record.  He said Americans deserve a President who believes in them and is touting his own business experience with reference to his non college educated father, and his own 25 years creating and running businesses and says you cannot learn that teaching Constitutional law, or a Community organizer.  Romney proclaims Economic Freedom is the key, and the President is starting to recreate his record.   He said he is going to change intrusion into economic freedom by replacing a law professor with a conservative businessman in the White House............
