May Msgr Schons rest in peace. From my hasty research & recollection, this now makes Fr John Grace, Pastor Emeritus of St Theresa in South Lake Tahoe, the most senior priest in our diocese at 91½ . -bd

I BELIEVE YOU ARE CORRECT. THERE ARE NO ORDINANDS BEFORE 1948 NOW LIVING THAT I AM AWARE OF, AND FR. JOHN GRACE, BEING ORDAINED IN 1948, IS THEN THE OLDEST. HE MAY ALSO BE THE ONLY ONE PRESENTLY ABOVE 90. -tdp
