VETERAN'S DAY USA.....IS ALSO FATHER TRAYNOR'S BIRTHDAY...........

On this day, 11 - 11 - 11, we commemorate the armstice that ended World War I, in 1918.  I t is now celebrated as Veteran's Day in the United States of America, as we remember all those who have served in the military services of our country.  We thank them in a concerted way today, for their service to our nation and the world in times of war and peace.  Today is also the Birthday of Reverend Father Anthony Traynor, Pastor Emeritus of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Sacramento; and a Priest of Jesus Christ for fifty three years in the Diocese of Sacramento.  Happy Veteran's Day America !!!!!  Happy Birthday Father Tony Traynor !!!!!!!!!!!...........God's Greatest Blessings To All,   Fr.  Troy

.....Father Traynor was the Principal Celebrant of our 8 a.m. Mass at OLOL, which was offered for his Intentions.  Father Pius and I, concelebrated with him, and along with our Canossian Sisters, thirty three parishioners were in attendance, to celebrate their love for God and affection for Fr.
