CAN HERMAN CAIN VIABLY CONTINUE HIS PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN ?...........

With the latest claim yesterday by a Georgia woman, that she had a thirteen year love affair with Herman Cain, a Republican Presidential candidate, and until recently the frontrunner; the likelihood that Cain will drop out as a candidate, has seriously increased.  He has admitted to being a friend of the woman in question, but says there was no love affair between them.  He has however, reportedly informed his campaign staff, he is reassessing his options in light of this development.  Political analysts are predicting a decision about whether he stays in the race, or gets out within 48-72 hours.  Having skyrocketed from businessman, to presidential candidate, without any record of political or governmental service; and lacking a normally structured political campaign operation, his viability from this point forward is highly questionable, given there are four other women alledging past sexual harassment by Herman Cain, while he was CEO of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990's.  He must also be personally concerned with the present and future state of his marriage and family.  With just 5-6 weeks until the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire Primary, at a time he is falling in the polls, and struggling to fundraise, Cain's appeal this afternoon to his supporters to financially donate to his campaign treasury, may be the central barometer as to whether he goes forward or ends his 2012 quest for the Presidency.  It is a being between a rock and a hard place time, for the Cain candidacy.  The days ahead will tell whether his campaign is  fatally flawed or not; and who among the other seven GOP candidates may benefit from his political reversal of fortune, if indeed, he drops out of the race...........Fr.  Troy
