ADVENT ANTICIPATION CALLS US TO BE HUMBLE AND TRUSTING PEOPLE OF GOD...........

On this Tuesday of the First Week of Advent, God's Word in Luke's Gospel teaches us how continuously in human history the Divine has made distinctly different responses to the proud, and the humble.  The proud, and self righteous, have been made low; while the humble, and the just, have been elevated; in the graciousness and goodness of God.  The lesson for us as Catholic-Christian Disciples is to put holiness and selfless in the forefront of  the lives we lead, and the actions we carry out, and the attitudes we hold and express.  As Luke 10:23; proclaims to us who possess and live such fervant Faith, "Blessed are the eyes that see what you see".  Let us truly Trust in Jesus' desire to be one with us, in what we seek and hope for in Christ.  May what you See and Do as one of God's Advent People, be spiritually, socially, sincerely, filled with the Anticipation of what it means to Watch and Wait for the Lord God Whose Coming is our Light and Salvation...........Fr.  Troy
