LITURGICAL MINISTERS COMMISSIONING FOR NEW CHURCH YEAR AT SUNDAY MASSES...........

Tonight at 5 p.m., and tomorrow at 8:30 a.m., and 10:30 a.m., OLOL Parish will Commission our Liturgical Ministers for service at our Masses, for Liturgical Year 2012, which begins next Sunday.  Sacristans, Altar Servers, Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist, Music Ministers, Ushers, Greeters, who are willing to provide those ministries in our Community of Believers during the year ahead, are invited to come forward at each of the three Sunday Masses, and commit themselves to carrying out their respective ministries for the common good of our parishioners in Church Year 2012.  As Pastor, I will ask them of their willingness to serve, and receiving their commitments, commision them to serve in these capacities.  OLOL needs more parishioners to accept one of these seven liturgical ministries as a facet of their Discipleship, as we continue to build and grow, the strengthening and sustenance, of the very core of our parish, in responsiveness to the Call of Christt and one another...........Fr.  Troy
