ANOTHER MILESTONE DAY FOR NEIL ARMSTRONG, FIRST MAN ON THE MOON IN 1969..........

Today, a history making American hero, who has lived his life as a navy aviator, test pilot, aerospace engineer, university professor, and worldwide known astronaut, as the first human being ever to walk on the Moon, Neil Armstrong, is celebrating his 80th Birthday. 41 years and 16 days ago, NASA Astronaut Neil Armstrong had the world marveling as he and fellow astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins, landed their Apollo XI, rocket / lunar module on the surface of the Moon. And moments later, Armstrong stepped from the spacecraft down onto the lunar surface, declaring those appropriate words, "One small step for man, One giant leap for mankind". Now he marks his 80th Birthday and more than forty years later the Apollo rockets successors, the Space Shuttles are about to be retired from service. What a great fay, what a fantastic accomplishment it was for the United States and the World, on July 20, 1969, the day the man of this day, became the first man on the moon..........In Acknowledgement Of The Awesomeness If God's Creation, Fr.
