PRESIDENT OBAMA'S BIG NIGHT FOR MAKING HIS CASE FOR RE-ELECTION............

The third and final day of the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina here, and with First Lady Michelle Obama, San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro, President Bill Clinton, and other speakers having  prepared the way, and the Delegates having unanimously renominated him, President Barack Obama, is given the opportunity to orate, motivate, elevate, advocate, and make his case for a second term and why Americans should re-elect him on November 6th.  What he needs to deliver is not your average Convention speech given by most Presidential nominees, but an Acceptance Speech full of specifics about the plans and policies his leadership as President will provide in the next four years.  A blueprint for progress in moving forward that transcends political rhetoric and the rat a tat tat of this campaign season.  Governor Mitt Romney and Representative Paul, though selectively short on the specifics of their plans at last week's Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida say they want a substantive debate on the important issues of this Election.  Tha should always be true, and President Obama and Vice President Biden have the abilility to meet and match that goal beginning tonight in the 10 p.m. Eastern hour of prime time.  A constructive way forward for the common good of all Americans can be provided and hopefully open an honest debate of the two visions the 2012 Presidential Election proposes American voters choose and who will be sitting in the Oval Office as President for the next four years, come January 20, 2013............Fr.  Troy
