SENATOR RUBIO MAKES FIRST 2016 POTENTIAL PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE VISIT TO IOWA............

Just eleven days after the 2012 American Presidential Election, the first public foray into the potential 2016 Republican Presidential nomination campaign is being explored today by Florida U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, who is the Hawkeye State of Iowa, making a campaign style appearance at a Birthday event for the State's Governor Terry Brandstad tonight.  Rubio, a freshman Senator elected in 2010, enthusiastically acclaimed by Tea Party supporters, is Cuban American; and thought to be a prime answer to the Republicans serious problem with Latino / Hispanic American Voters, who last week cast their ballots with a forty four percent margin in President Obama's favor - voting 71%; for Obama; and 27%; for Governor Romney. Whatever the merits of Rubio's putative future candidacy for the White House, a mere week and a half after this now ended elongated campaign, it is far too early to be forging ahead and perpetuating a political cycle that crowds the necessity of governing and governance.  A Rubio or any other 2016 candidacy for POTUS 45, will and must be based on experience and records of accomplishment - and more than just the immediate reaction to addressing a political / electoral deficiency of support with the Hispanic / Latino American populace, the Republicans face, obstructing their ability to regain the Presidency in this or in 2016, four years from now.  Governane, not positioning, is what is most needed of Senator Rubio and all prospective future contenders hoping to take up residency at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in the future............Fr.  Troy
