With just moments before the latest State closings of Election Day 2012, with 156 more Electoral Votes, Romney is leading 10 States to 8 States for Obama / 40 of the 50 now closed, and Ohio and Wisconsin leaning to OB but no swing States yet called.  CBS News gives the State of Texas to RO; the States of New York and Michigan to OB.    The current Electoral College Vote is RO 153 EV's;
OB 123 EV's; and 262 EV's still Undecided, and 270 EV's needed to win the Presidency............tdp
