CNN'S LAST POLL OF POLLS ON THE PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE IN THE BUCKEYE STATE............

On this day before the American Presidential General Election Day, with the campaign for the White House between President Obama and Governor Romney, in a non stop frenzied whirlwind on both nominees parts in the key swing States of Wisconsin, Ohio, and Iowa, for Obama; and Florida, Virginia, Wisconsin, and New Hampshire, for Romney; , CNN has just released it's last Poll of Polls on the preference for the candidates finds the edge favoring President Obama with 50%; to 47%' for Romney, within the margin of error, but remaining with the Democratic incumbent as the probable winner/  Early Voting lines continue to be very large and the close of the ability to Early Vote came about 45 minutes ago, although Democrats are in Court seeking to have a Judge extend the hours today to allow the large number of those waiting to vote cast their ballots.  I will be blogging as I continue to track and monitor the developments of the final hours of the Campaign and Update Election 2012............Fr.  Troy

1) Wow, the utility companies and polling officers in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut have done a heroic job reestablishing or relocating polling precincts. 2) The news organizations over the last 2 days have shown long lines of "early voters" in Ohio. Early voting is a "privilege" of a "right" I would think. So I would surmise that any court action by any "voting rights" group could not be entertained until the close of voting precincts on Tuesday (or any other deadline provision such as mail-in or absentee balloting). Those who are standing in line today might as well be patient and try again tomorrow, election day. I think the Federal Election Commission ought to (if not already) codify that the normative method for voting is going to your precinct on election day, with tasks executed with extraordinary care, and that any other method is a privilege afforded, to be executed with due care. But what the heck, who cares about my 2 cents? hahaha

HA HA !! YOURTWO CENTS IS CLOSER TO TWENTY DOLLARS IN VALUE ABOUT THIS AND OTHER TOPICS !! ALTHIUGH, I AGREE IN PRINCIPLE WITH THE NORM BEING VOTING ON ELECTION DAY IN YOUR DESIGNATED PRECINCT, THE LEGALIZING OF MORE EXTENSIVE ABSENTEE VOTING WHICH CREATED THE 'BRADLEY EFFECT' 30 YEARS AGO; AND THE DISENFRANCHISING OF THOUSANDS OF VOTERS STANDING IN LINE WHEN THE POLLS WERE CLOSED IN OHIO, 8 YEARS AGO, LED TO THE RISE OF EARLY VOTING. AND YET DUE TO POLITICS, AND FEAR OF UNFAIRNESS, PROBLEMS IN ASSURING EVERYONE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE CAN VOTE PERSISTS. THE POTENTIAL FOR 'DIEBOLD DIABOLISM', AS I CALL IT, MANIPULATED ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES IN PRECINCTS MAY EVEN MAKE THE ACCURACY OF VOTES CAST IN ELECTION DAT PRECINCT BALLOTS. NOW ADD, ONLINE, E-MAIL, AND FAX VOTING INTO THE EQUATION AND VOILA, A RECIPE FOR MAYHEM. PERHAPS A CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEE ELECTIONS AND VOTING UNIT NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO EVERY SECRETARY OF STATE OFFICE IN ALL 50 STATES, AS A NON PARTISAN OVERSEER............tdp
