At my pre-Christmas dinner at Paragary's restaurant last night with Joe, Ruth, and his niece Christina, one of the Christmas events I suggested to Christina specifically, was the Hallmark Channel Christmas Movie, "The Christmas Card", when she shared that the Nevada City / Auburn area are favorite spots of hers. "The Christmas Card", was filmed in Nevada City, and is one of my favorite Christmas viewing since I first watched it four years ago. That struck me in Mondavi Center an hour or more later, when the San Francisco Symphony / Pacific Boys Choir Christmas Holiday Show turned out to be sponsored by the Hallmark Inn, in Davis. Then tonight the Saturday before Christmas, "The Christmas Card", is the featured 8 p.m. movie on the Hallmark Channel. Is all of this just a coincidence (i don't believe so) or the inspired Spirit of Christmas, with a teamed touch of telepathy ?
