SEVEN WEEKS AND COUNTING TO THE START OF THE NEW ROMAN MISSAL 3RD EDITION...........

 We are now at the point in the preparation period in readiness for the promulgation of the Revised Mass Texts of the New Roman Missal 3rd Edition, that is as near as Easter Sunday is to Pentecost Sunday.  Seven weeks are left to prepare our parishioners and congregations for the new Mass Texts which will take effect on the 1st Sunday of Advent.  Here at OLOL Parish, we will begin a further focus on the new Mass Text revisions, by both continuing to preview and practice changes in each of the Mass parts, but beginning this Sunday we will be preaching with a focus on the New Roman Missal and the Revised Mass as we will celebrate it as of, Sunday November 27th.  How many of the Catholics in my blogsphere are being pro-active, responsible, participating, Christians and doing something concrete to accept your personal share to be ready to welcome and embrace the Mass Texts, as we will now celebrate them.  Get ready and find out with your parish community of believers is doing to prepare for  the next era in the Liturgical Life of The Church...........Fr.  Troy
