MEETINGS WITH BISHOP JAIME SOTO, TOM MCNAMARA, JIM SWEENEY, AND NURSE SUSAN BOYCE...........

Pastors and representative parishioners from Sacramento area parishes held a 10 a.m. meeting this morning at  Holy Spirit School Auditorium in Land Park, with Bishop Jaime Soto, Tom McNamara, Diocesan Director of Finance, Jim Sweeney, Diocesan Attorney, and staff members of the Diocesan Finance Office, to discuss the new implementation of making individual parishes, corporation soles, to bring their civil law standing into closer existence with their standing in canon law.   It was a necessarily pertinent  meeting, culminating in the signing of thev Corporation Sole paperwork, by the Pastors and Parochial Administrators of parishes present.....At 1:30 p.m., my home health nurse Susan Boyce, R.N., came by for her regular visit. My Vancomyicin antibiotic infusion treatments ended this morning, with the new antibiotic infusion to start Sunday night / Mo  nday morning, as soon as some of my volunteers can be trained to use the new, larger, pump, tubing, and bagged antibiotic dosages...........Fr. Troy
