IN HIS SUNDAY 'ANGELUS' ADDRESS POPE FRANCIS DECLARES, "NO HUMAN CONDITION MAY CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR EXCLUSION"...YET AS A DISABLED PRIEST I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE THAT IS NOT ALWAYS THE TRUTH................
