THE THIRD SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME 2014..............
This 3rd Sunday of Ordinary 2014, kicks off Catholic Schools Week in the United States. It is a seven day observance recognizing the commitment to, "Faith, Knowledge, and Service," Catholic Schools in America exist to carry out. Activities such as Open Houses, Grandparents Days, Assemblies, and Performances, comprise the celebration of this week at Parish Schools and High Schools throughout the country. At Sacred Heart Parish School in East Sacramento it begins with a 9:30 a.m. Mass presided at by our Pastor Msgr. Walton, with parish school students, faculty, and staff serving as the Liturgical Ministers, including Student Choir members as the Music Ministers. An Open House at Sacred Heart Parish School follows today's Catholic Schools Week Sunday Mass..............fr.tdp
