GOVERNOR BROWN DELIVERS 2014 CALIFORNIA STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS
California Governor Jerry Brown delivered the 2014 'State Of The State' Address this morning to a Joint Session of the State Assembly and State Senate, at the Capitol in Sacramento. The 9 a.m. Address, was covered live online more than it was broadcast live.
