ETERNAL REST AND PEACE UNTO HIM... FATHER STEVEN FOPPIANO IS NOW A PRIEST FOREVER.............

Word has come to me in the last few hours from Rev. Fr. Ben DeLeon, in South Lake Tahoe, that our priestly colleague and protege' Reverend Father Steven Foppiano, has succumbed to the pancreatic cancer he had  endured in recent months.  Please remember Father Steven in your prayers and at the Masses you attend.  In coming days I will blog about Steven Foppiano's vocation to the Priesthood and his resilient journey of Faith. in the nearly twenty years we have known each other, from since the time I was his Pastor, when he was a parishioner at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Oroville in the 1990's; and from whence he entered the seminary to become a priest of the Sacramento Diocese.  With Faith in Jesus Christ and Belief in the Resurrection, leading him forth from this World to God's Eternal  Kingdom, may the Love we have for him remain with Father Steven Now and  Forever !!!  Alleluia Amen !!!!!!!!!.............fr.tdp
