With Congressional negotiations over a resolution to averting going over the Fiscal Cliff, at Midnight Monday night, New Year's Eve and the dawning of 2013 A.D., President Barack Obama appeared on NBC News "Meet The Press", this morning giving a broad ranging interview to moderator David Gregory.
