WISCONSIN RECALL VOTES ROLL OUT............
With 8 % counted in the Wisconsin Recall, It is Walker 59%; Barrett 41%; according to MSNBC, who are still calling the race Too Close To Call......FOX News is also still saying it is TCTC............
