ONE MORE SAN FRANCISCO MONDAY WITH KEV & GER............

With our mutual flight to Newark Liberty Airport tonight for 3 days and 2 mights to complete the Butlers first visit to the USA, after eleven days in California and Nevada, we spent the day in SanFrancisco on Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square, as they rode the cable cars (trams) they enjoyed so well on their first day, a week ago Friday in the City by the Bay.  After lunch on Pier 39, we strolled back to our hotel and shuttled to SFO for the flight eastward.  After boarding our plane, a hydraulic problem needed repair so we were deplaned and put on another, which will depart more than two hours late.  However, in such good company the time will fly and our now truly red eye flight should have us in our New York City hotel by 10 a.m., in time for breakfast followed by a morning and afternoon of sightseeing.  After twenty two and a half years I am so very happy Geraldine and Kevin Butler have at last visited me in California, and celebrated in tandem our Silver Jubilees of Marriage and Priesthood............Fr.  Troy
