with 22% OF THE WISCONSIN PRIMARY VOTE COUNTED ROMNEY LEADS BY FOUR PERCENT............

Romney 42%; to Santorum 38%;, is the current vote count in Wisconsin with twenty two percent of the precincts reporting.  Claiming victory tonight Romney is declaring he will create jobs and restore free enterprise, while combatting union bosses.  He is calling President Obama an, "out of touch liberal", who does not know and has failed to create jobs.  Thus all but ignoring his continuing nomination battle with Santorum who pledged himself to continuing the fight vigorously in the second half of the primary season, Romney is giving another General Election type speech tonight, promising to restore the hopes of  Americans and asking Americans to join him taking another step everyday until November 6th, to victory............
