A SLIGHT SHIFT IN MARGIN AS VOTE COUNT INCREASES IN ILLLINOIS............
As this hour begins Romney has 54%; to Santorum 29%; a shift of four percent in favor of Santorum, but still a twenty five point margin of victory for Romney at this hour............
