ROMNEY STILL SPEAKING AS VOTE COUNT MARGIN CHANGES AGAIN............
With 36% of Illinois precincts counted tonight, Romney's margin over Santorum is now eighteen points, as he leads 50% - 32%. Romney is closing his victory speech proclaiming, "America is humble, but never humbled". Santorum is expected to speak soon......Neither Gingrich or Paul are giving speeches tonight............
