FIRST SIGNIFICANT VOTING RESULTS IN S.C. ............
With 7% of the votes counted in S.C., Gingrich has 38%; to Romney with 34%;.....CNN has now projected Gingrich the winner of the South Carolina Primary, based on exit polls and the incoming raw vote count......
