CBS NEWS ALSO PROJECTS ROMNEY THE WINNER............
With 28% of the vote in, Romney 36; Paul 25%; Huntsman 17;.....CBS News projects Romney the winner. Gingrich and Santorum are battling for fourth place with 10% of the vote each - and Perry has 1%............
