97% COUNTED AND SANTORUM AHEAD VERY NARROWLY............
Rick Santorum holds a 37 vote edge, over Mitt Romney, with the counties and areas still out, places where Romney is leading. Each of them with 25% of the total votes in tonight's Iowa Caucuses............
