49% OF THE VOTES IN IOWA CAUCUSES NOW COUNTED............
Santorum and Romney tied at 24% of the Iowa Caucuses votes counted; Santorum ahead of Romney bt over 500 total votes. Paul in third, with 22%; and the rest of the field following unchanged from the earlier reporting............
