OUR LADY OF LOURDES PARISH THANKSGIVING DINNER TOMORROW...........

With less than sixteen hours to go until OLOL Parish annual ThanksGiving Dinner starts, preparations and donations continue to pour in.  Just minutes ago, a young Latino man arrived at the door of the rectory with five oversized pies for the dinner.  Over the past few days other parishioners and caring community members have come by with their food donations.  The spirit of Thanksgiving, as we prepare to begin celebrating our American ThanksGiving holiday next week.  Grateful hearts recognizing the blessings of life God has granted them, donating some of their bounty, to assist others in this Del Paso Heights, Rio Linda, Elverta, Robla, areas of Sacramento, have a lovingly readied and  shared ThanksGiving Dinner, turkey and the trimmings to feed them body and spirit.  In past years as many as 400 persons have been served at our ThanksGiving meal.  Dinner will be served starting at 11-11:30 a.m., in OLOL's Parish Hall, 1951 North Avenue, Dacramento, 95838...........Gobble !, Gobble !!, Goodness !!!...........Fr.  Troy
