McCLATCHY - MARIST POLL MIRRORS THAT OF CBS NEWS - NEW YORK TIMES...........

The most recent poll by McClatchy Newspapers and Marist College, parallels the findings of yesterday's CBS News - New York Times results.  The McClatchy-Marist Poll finds at present that in the race for the 2012 Republican Presidential Nomination, Mitt Romney is first with 23%; Newt Gingrich comes in second with 19%; Herman Cain is third with 17%; followed by Ron Paul with 10%; Rick Perry with 8% Bachman, Huntsman, and Santorum, totaling 6%; and 17% of the GOP electorate undecided.  It looks like the Republican contest to be the party standardbearer for President next year, is still only starting to heat up...........Fr.  Troy
