TRY, TRY, AGAIN - OLOL.....AND ARE WE EVER !!!!!...........

After having no one turn up for last Thursday's Parish-Wide Unity In Community October Spaghetti Dinner and Talent Show Coordinating Committee meeting, seven gung ho parishioners, several related to each other; eagerly and energetically, attended tonight's meeting.  In a very productive interaction, we confirmed the date of the event for Saturday October 22, in the Parish and thoroughly discussed all the facets of planning, preparing, organizing, and providing, for the evening, in a renewed spirit of, "Faith, Fellowship, Collegiality, Collaboration", that is increasing in including more of our parishioners in parish life as fully, but realistically, as we can.  Monthly, Parish-wide events that can draw the participation of a greater number of parishioners, will produce a fruitful result for strengthening and sustaining our community of believers.  I am deeply grateful for tonight's response and willingness to make a real success, and a very fun evening socializing together for all our parishioners, neighbors, and friends, and the common good of OLOL.  More To Come Very Soon..........Fr.  Troy
