VIGIL AND FUNERAL SERVICES FOR REVEREND FATHER NICHOLAS PHELAN...........

The services scheduled for Reverend Father Nicholas Phelan, Pastor Emeritus of St. Patrick's Parish, Grass Valley, have been set.  They will take place in Grass Valley.  A Vigil/Rosary Service will be held on Wednesday evening September 28th, at 7 p.m., in St. Patrick's Church.  His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning September 29th, at 11 a.m., in St. Patrick's Church.  Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery.  Fr. Phelan, a priest of the Sacramento Diocese since 1952, was Pastor of St. Patrick's Parish, Grass Valley from 1979 -1999.  A native of South Kilkenny, Ireland, he attended and was ordained from St. Kieran's Seminary, Kilkenny.  Eternal Rest And Peace Grant Unto His Soul O Lord, Now And Forever...........Fratenally In Christ "Nicky",   Fr.  Troy
