R.C.I.A. INTRODUCTORY SESSION HAS 5 INQUIRERS PRESENT AND ONE PROSPECTIVE REPRESENTED AT OLOL THIS MORNING...........

Sister Felicity Brusadelli and I, were host to 5 Inquirers and a mother representing her daughter as a prospective Inquirer, as OLOL began the full unfolding of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, this morning following our 8:30 a.m. Mass.  The Welcoming session included an overview of the R.C.I.A. Ministry process -  Inquiry;  Pre-Catechumenate;  Catechumenate;  Mystagogia;  and a discussion focused on the themes of, 'Journey', and, 'Conversion', in the faith formation process to Christian Initiation.  At Hospitality Sunday in the Parish Hall following the 10:30 a.m., 2 more prospective Inquirers were identified, so that we are off to a very good start...........Sign-ups for the Parish Scripture Study Series, based on the resource, "The Word Among Us", have begun, and two parishioners signed up today to getting things rolling.  All in all, a very good celebration of Catechetical Sunday 2011, as we, "Do This In Memory Of (Him' )...........Fr.  Troy
