NO VISITORS AGAIN FOR THE SECOND SUNDAY, BUT TONIGHT I HAVE THE GRAMMY AWARDS...........

The 53rd Annual Grammy awards 14 minute opening tribute to pancreatic fighting, Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, was an awesome honor to a singing legend, who has won 18 Grammys in her prolific career to dare, assures it will be an entertaining evening. For the second Sunday in a row here in Sutter Roseville Rehabilitation, No Visitors came to see me, not even the Sunday Eucharistic Minister, has made it a slower day than usual. 2 phone calls this afternoon after my therapy sessions concluded at 2 p.m., from Frank McNamara and Joe Gibson, and a handful of e-mails on Yahoo and Facebook, made a bettered free, and open, nearly four hour period, before dinner, so it was less boring. Laying down from 2:15 p.m. - 6 p.m., I have remained up in the wheelchair since then, and will try to stay up until the end of the Grammys. The Grammy Awards broadcast assures I will be entertained, to offset the absence of others. Dinner was meatballs, rissotto, and a tossed salad with raspberry vinegarette and decaf coffee. My nurse told me earlier to have a bedtime snack, so as to wake up with a bed sugar higher than this morning's 59.
