2011 RESOLUTIONS...........
New Year Resolutions have been my thing. How many people make them and a lmost certainly break them by them by the end of this week, or almost without fail, by the end of the month. In themselves, New Year Resolutions are a good, positivem and constructive, practice. But that human is so prevalent means that most of them never bear full fruition. Good intentions or a surge of action to change things for the better, are not enough to sustain them. A few resolutions all of us who are Believers in the Living and True God, and Jesus the Christ, the Messiah of God's People and the Sender of the Holy Spirit, are to seek Justice and Peace in the World, in our daily dealings with others; and the promotion of Harmony, Unity, Reconciliation, and Renewal, between ourselves and others, especially tghose from whom we are estranged. These are New Year Resolutions that are more than a guilty conscience whim, but rather the fulfillment of the Catholic-Christian Discipleship we profess to practice not just at Christmas, but everyday of 2011...........Fr. Troy
